Stern vs Powell
Howard Stern told Colin Powell's son Michael the Chairman of the FCC that he got his job because of his father and is now in charge for the same reason George W. Bush got to avoid the draft.
Michael Powell is a jackass who, like so many other people in power, got there because of thier powerful parents. He pointed to the fact that he is a lawyer as part of his reason he is qualified to be FCC Chair, nothing against lawyers - I love the law and work with tons of lawyers but there are over 800,000 attorneys in America and being one of them doesnt make someone qualified to be FCC Chair.
When you have people who are appointed to head companies, agencies and even nations based on who thier parents are rather than qualifications it makes for bad desisions. ¶ 1:56 PM
